Both, depending on the request. Total Finds Co LLC may handle suitable practical tasks directly. Work requiring specialized expertise is routed to an appropriate contractor or service provider. The approach is discussed before you commit.

Our focus is Huntsville and surrounding North Alabama communities, including Madison, Harvest, and Meridianville. Share your location so we can confirm availability for your request.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the task, location, scope, and whether outside providers are involved. Any service, sourcing, or coordination fees are clarified before you authorize work. Sending a request does not commit you to a paid service.
How do you vet a provider?
We consider fit for the job and review relevant information such as experience, references, and applicable credentials or insurance. The checks depend on the service and information available. We explain the review performed; no referral guarantees a provider’s work.
Can you help with real-estate opportunities?
We can discuss property-support sourcing and information or lead research where appropriate. Brokerage, appraisals, legal advice, and other regulated services must be handled by appropriately licensed professionals.
